Job Description
Bluecrest Lawn and Landscape is hiring an experienced, hands-on Landscape Installation Foreman in Apopka, Florida.
We need someone who can lead a landscape installation crew, organize a job site, and work alongside the crew. You must be able to look at a job scope, understand what needs to get done, assign tasks, and keep the project moving.
What We're Looking For
- Strong landscape installation experience
- Experience operating a skid steer and other landscape equipment
- Knowledge of irrigation installation and repairs
- Knowledge of plants, trees, sod, mulch, and rock installation
- Experience with grading and site preparation
- Ability to read and follow job scopes and landscape plans
- Ability to lead and direct a crew
- Keep jobs organized and crews productive
- Make sure installations are completed correctly and professionally
- Comfortable communicating with management about job progress and materials needed
- Willing to work hands-on with the crew, not just supervise
Foreman Responsibilities
You will be responsible for showing the crew what needs to be done, dividing up the work, operating equipment when needed, solving problems on site, checking quality, and making sure the job is completed according to the scope.
We are looking for someone with leadership, common sense, landscape knowledge, and the ability to take control of a job site.

Experience: Landscape installation and crew leadership experience required
This is a hands-on foreman position. You will be expected to lead AND work.
