Inside Sales and Inventory Control

Our Inside Sales / Inventory Control specialist is responsible for assisting and selling customers with our industrial products, services and parts. Accurately and quickly processing orders, facilitate inventory control and track orders.

Responsibilities:

• Receive inventory
• Order parts
• Prepare quotes
• Take physical inventory
• Process invoices
• Research parts requests to identify correct part numbers
• Use electronic, published and web portal price lists to provide product pricing and availability to customers.
• Process all incoming internal and external customer inquiries via phone, fax, email, mail, online and assist outside sales in quotes and/or orders.
• Provide after-hours support for internal and external customers as needed
• Load and unload freight using a fork lift
• Stock parts

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and telephone skills
• Be able to work individually or as a team
• Have good written communication skills
• Good computer skills are a must
• Ability to create and use Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methods and procedures
• Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
