Heavy Equipment Operator

Are you a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator with a passion for excavation? We're looking for experienced operators to join our dynamic team and contribute to challenging and rewarding projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Operating a variety of heavy excavation equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Performing earthmoving, grading, trenching, and backfilling tasks according to project specifications.
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
• Conducting pre-operational checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Working collaboratively with the crew and foreman to achieve project goals.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of site plans and utility markings.

40K Civil Solutions provides excavation services for utilities, stormwater management, grading, and demolition. We are based in Columbus, IN and primarily work within a one hour radius of Indianapolis. Our work consists of new retail, commercial, multifamily, and specialty excavation services.
