1st Shift Braider - Wire

Braider – Wire (1st Shift)We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a Wire Braider. This role is responsible for operating and managing braiding machines that weave wire or similar materials into braided products used in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will ensure machines run efficiently, products meet quality standards, and production goals are achieved.

Location: Kenosha, WI Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Pay Rate: $13.75

Duties & Responsibilities:

Set Up & Operation:• Set up and operate wire braiding machines• Transfer wire to bobbins and prepare materials for production• Ensure equipment is properly set before starting runs

Machine Monitoring:• Monitor machine performance throughout the shift• Adjust settings as needed to maintain smooth operation

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications• Accurately record production data

Tooling & Adjustments:• Change tooling, gears, and settings as needed• Maintain proper product dimensions and quality standards

:• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE• Keep work area clean and organized

Team Collaboration:• Communicate with supervisors and team members• Report issues and support production goals• Participate in process improvements
