Assignment Manager

The Assignment Manager oversees a medium-sized team of 6 to 15 members, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking across various projects. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role focuses on managing a mix of short and long-term assignments primarily through manual tracking methods. The Assignment Manager plays a critical role in coordinating team efforts without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate clear and consistent communication within the team
• Monitor progress on assignments to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate resources and schedules for short and long-term projects
• Report status updates to the Operations Manager
• Resolve issues impacting assignment delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in assignment management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Skills in project management, scheduling, and team coordination
• Strong communication, problem solving, and time management abilities
• Customer service experience
