We are hiring CDL Class A Team Drivers and Team Owner Operators for dedicated USPS trailer lanes operating out of Memphis, TN to Rochester, NY.

This is a consistent, high-mileage dedicated route with preloaded USPS trailers and strict appointment times. We are looking for reliable, professional teams who are ready to run consistently and stay on schedule.

  • Lightweight freight — trailers typically up to 10,000 lbs
  • Strict appointment times
  • 2 weeks on / 3 days off schedule

Company Team Driver Pay & Benefits

  • $0.85 CPM per truck
  • Opportunity to increase to $0.90 CPM
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus
  • Modern, fully equipped automatic-transmission trucks

  • Consistent miles and predictable route

Team Owner Operator Compensation

  • 88% of gross revenue
  • Team Owner Operators only
  • Dedicated USPS outbound freight
  • Freight typically up to 10,000 lbs
  • Return freight back to Tennessee
  • Strong weekly gross earning potential
  • Consistent dedicated route

Weekly Owner Operator Deductions

  • Insurance: $400/week
  • ELD: $55/week
  • IFTA: $45/week
  • Occupational Insurance: $42/week

Driver Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A
  • Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience
  • Team drivers only
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to meet strict USPS appointment times
  • Professional communication skills
  • Comfortable running consistent weekly miles
  • Must be committed to maintaining a consistent schedule
