- 3+ years of B2B, wholesale, or field sales with a track record of hitting your number
- You can prospect, present, handle objections, and close without hand-holding
- Industry experience (CBD, hemp, kratom, vape/smoke, or wellness distribution) is a MAJOR plus — but not required; if you can truly sell
- We'll teach you the category
- Experience selling white-label / private-label is a plus
- Bonus: you bring established industry relationships you can activate from day one
- Coachable on the compliance side of a regulated category
- Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
