Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client's needs
- Perform straight razor shaves, beard trims, and detailed facial grooming
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service
- Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and grooming goals
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards
- Stay current on men's grooming trends, techniques, and product knowledge
- Recommend retail grooming products to enhance the client experience
Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania Barber or Cosmetology license required
- Proven experience in barbering, men's cuts, and straight razor shaving
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to build lasting client relationships and grow a personal clientele
- Professional, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for men's grooming trends and the barbering industry
- Retail sales experience or willingness to learn product recommendations
