• Drive Quality: Conduct case conferences and quality assurance reviews to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Home Health Experience: Minimum of 1 year of direct home health nursing experience.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical management or supervisory experience.
• Education: Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Basic Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Software: Experience using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) electronic medical record software.
