Residential Construction Project Manger

• MUST HAVE HANDS-ON RESIDENTIAL FRAMING EXPERIENCE (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON'T)
• Manage and Coordinate all aspects of Residential High End Remodeling and New Home Projects
• Supervise Subcontractors from Excavation to Paint
• Coordinate Subcontractors, Vendors and Material Deliveries
• Communicate Project Information with Clients, Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers and Inspectors
• Confirm Budgets to original estimate
• Be Responsible for Highest Standards of Workmanship
• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong Problem Solving
• Deadline and Detail Oriented
• Computer Experience (Word, Excell, Microsoft Project)
• Valid NJ Driver's License
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST (10) YEARS IN SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION & FRAMING
