Job Description:
- This position involves the application of complex fiscal/financial/auditing functions in connection with the reviewing and processing documents and assisting taxpayers in the Public Service area.
- Advanced technical knowledge and the ability to apply complex state and federal laws, rules, and regulations to evaluate taxpayer accounts and respond to taxpayer questions, is desired.
- The ability to multi-task between in person taxpayer customer service and inbound taxpayer phone calls is important.
- This position may be cross trained in other functional areas, including collections, income tax, gross receipts, and withholding tax processing
- Knowledge of tax returns (Preferred Requirement)
