Warehouse Associate
Job Description
Warehouse Worker at our community in Los Angeles. This groundbreaking opportunity not only will you be working with the community to help the re-entry population, but you’ll also be part of the Development team assisting in fundraising events.
What You Will Do:
- Generates physical inventory of all incoming goods
- Cataloging merchandise by sizes
- Some driving locally and out of State
- Previous warehouse operations experience
- Strong initiative. Self-driven and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
· The ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
· If available, tend to folks/students shopping for furniture & schedule their pickup date
· If available, support R&D Assistant with incoming inventory, counting, boxing and storing the merchandise accordingly
· Perform any additional tasks and projects as deemed necessary to support Warehouse Supervisor
Preferred:
· The ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, palletize and other warehouse equipment.
Certifications or Licenses:
Required:
· Class C Driver’s License
Preferred:
· Forklift Operator License
What You Will Bring:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
