Nurse Manager – Inpatient Crisis Stabilization Unit (50 Beds)
Melbourne, Florida
We’re hiring a Nurse Manager in Melbourne, Florida who wants weekday leadership hours, strong benefits, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact in acute behavioral health.
You’ll step into a clinical leadership role supporting a 50-bed adult crisis stabilization unit with a typical census of 35–45. You’ll lead a team of approximately 50–60 RNs, LPNs, and mental health technicians while remaining clinically involved when needed.

What makes you a great fit
• You’re a Florida-licensed RN or eligible for licensure
• You have 3–5 years of behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience
• You have 2+ years of nursing leadership experience at the House Supervisor/Assistant Nurse Manager level or above
• You’re comfortable with acute psychiatric and co-occurring populations
• ADN accepted with strong experience; BSN preferred
• You’re willing to remain clinically hands-on when needed
Compensation & Benefits
• $37–$44/hour with potential flexibility based on experience
