Assist with preparing bids, estimates, and proposals for commercial storefront and glass projects.
Perform material takeoffs from architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
Review awarded-project scope, contract requirements, plans, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate material orders, purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor lead times.
Coordinate shop drawings, submittals, product data, and required approvals.
Prepare, submit, and track RFIs, change-order requests, and project revisions.
Manage assigned projects from award through completion, including scheduling, material coordination, crew coordination, and communication with field personnel.
Communicate professionally with general contractors, vendors, suppliers, architects, and internal team members.
Monitor job costs, project budgets, and timelines; identify potential delays, cost overruns, missing scope, or material issues early.
Coordinate field measurements, jobsite needs, installation sequencing, and material deliveries with crews and project supervisors.
Maintain organized job files, project correspondence, purchase orders, change orders, and related documentation.
Assist with punch-list completion, warranty matters, and project closeout documentation.
Visit jobsites as needed to support field coordination and resolve project issues.
