Kids Fun Cuts in Chino, CA is looking for a talented and energetic Kids Hair Stylist to join our fun-loving team! Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts and styling services tailored specifically to children of all ages
- Create a fun, comfortable, and safe salon experience for kids and their parents
- Consult with parents to understand desired styles and deliver results that exceed expectations
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with state cosmetology standards
- Build rapport with young clients to help ease anxiety and encourage a positive salon experience
- Upsell salon products and additional services as appropriate
- Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in clients efficiently during busy periods
Requirements:
- Valid California Cosmetology License required
- Minimum 1-2 years of professional hair styling experience, preferably with children
- Patience, energy, and a genuine love for working with kids of all ages and temperaments
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy salon environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a committed team player
- Experience with a variety of hair textures and cutting techniques is a plus. Woking weekend is a requirement and hours 9am to 5pm
