At Supercuts, The G & C Robins Company, we are a family oriented, people‐first salon where creativity, community, and good energy matter just as much as great hair. Our team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in helping each stylist grow their skills, confidence, and career. We have 60+ locations and amazing career pathing: stylists, shift-managers, managers, area supervisors, district leaders, and technical trainers.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing cuts, color, and styling while keeping the guest experience fun, welcoming, and stress‐free.
• Collaborate with teammates, share ideas, and help create a positive, uplifting salon vibe.
• Stay current with trends, techniques, and social‐driven inspiration.
• Build relationships with guests and teammates—no ego, no drama, just real support.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all safety/sanitation standards.
