Perfect Brow Bar is expanding in Omaha with a brand-new location at Westroads, one of the area's busiest shopping destinations. We're creating a modern, professional environment where talented beauty professionals can provide exceptional service while building a strong and loyal clientele.

With strong customer interest already established ahead of opening, this is an exciting opportunity to get in early at a new location and grow with us.

Position Overview

We're looking for licensed professionals with at least 2 years of experience who consistently deliver quality work and excellent customer service. With strong customer interest and a high-traffic location, you'll have opportunities to build your clientele from day one.

This is a commission-based position with strong earning potential. Bring your own professional tools and products, and we'll provide the workspace, customer opportunities, and support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional barbering, hairstyling, and/or cosmetology services based on your licensing and expertise
• Perform precision haircuts, styling, grooming, and other applicable hair services
• Consult with clients to understand their desired style and recommend appropriate services
• Deliver consistently high-quality results and an exceptional client experience
• Build relationships with new and returning clients to develop a loyal clientele
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workstation
• Follow Nebraska sanitation, licensing, and safety requirements
• Manage appointments and walk-in customers efficiently
• Stay current on hairstyles, grooming techniques, trends, and industry best practices
• Represent Perfect Brow Bar professionally both in the shop and with clients

What We're Looking For

• Valid Nebraska Barber or Cosmetology license required
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Strong haircutting, styling, or barbering skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment
• Passion for delivering quality work and building long-term client relationships
• Must provide your own professional tools and products
• Active social media presence is a plus

Compensation & Opportunity

• Estimated earnings of $40–$60/hour
