Embroidery Production Lead
Job Description
Embroidery Production Lead
Sew Fabulous LLC – Summerville, SC
✨ About Us
At Sew Fabulous LLC, we’re not just sewing garments—we’re sewing futures.
We are one of the highest-rated alterations and embroidery businesses in South Carolina, with over 1,000 five-star reviews. Our reputation is built on precision, consistency, and delivering high-quality work every time.
We are a faith-based, values-driven company that operates with integrity, respect, and a commitment to excellence—for both our customers and our team.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Embroidery Technician/Embroidery Production Lead to play a key role in our embroidery production.
This is a hands-on position responsible for producing high-quality work, maintaining production standards, and helping ensure the embroidery department runs smoothly and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of their work within a growing business.
Who You Are
You are a proven leader who enjoys taking ownership, developing people, solving problems, and building better systems. You don't wait to be told what needs fixing—you identify opportunities, take initiative, and follow through.
Leadership experience is required. You have successfully led, supervised, or managed others and are comfortable setting expectations, holding team members accountable, training and developing employees, and maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and customer service.
You also enjoy being hands-on. This is not a desk-management position. You will work alongside the team, learn and operate our commercial embroidery equipment, troubleshoot production issues, and step in wherever needed to keep work moving.
You are organized, detail-oriented, mechanically minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment with multiple deadlines and priorities. Experience in commercial embroidery is highly desirable, but strong leadership experience combined with production, manufacturing, CNC, printing, apparel decoration, logistics, or similar technical experience will also be considered. Professional commercial embroidery training will be provided for the right leader.
Most importantly, you are excited by the opportunity to take ownership of an embroidery department and help take it to the next level. You will look for ways to improve workflow, quality, efficiency, SOPs, equipment utilization, team performance, and ultimately the department's capacity and profitability.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow with Sew Fabulous—not simply clock in, complete a shift, and go home. If you enjoy building teams, improving operations, and seeing the measurable results of your leadership, this could be an excellent opportunity.

'05; Requirements
- Proven leadership, supervisory, or management experience is required, preferably in a production, manufacturing, embroidery, printing, apparel decoration, logistics, or similar hands-on environment.
