Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk

The Warehouse Shipping Receiving Clerk plays a crucial role in supporting our general distribution operations for dry goods. This position is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate receipt of goods while maintaining proper documentation. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor and operates on standard daytime shifts, utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse management software to optimize warehouse efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and incoming receipts
• Receive goods and verify quality and quantities
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
• Process orders promptly to meet distribution schedules
• Handle packages carefully to prevent damage
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse management software regularly
