At Dream Team Finishes, we work on boutique hotels, luxury restaurants, and high-end commercial spaces where the finish is the first thing guests see. You'll be part of a direct-hire, uniformed crew executing commercial painting, wallcovering installation, specialty finishes, and industrial coatings on some of the highest-profile projects in the Southeast. Work ranges from high-end hotel renovations to Michelin-rated restaurant interiors and 100,000+ square foot distribution centers.

What We Offer

• Above industry standard pay for experienced painters
• Entry level positions starting at $16 per hour with a quarterly raise system
• Vacation, sick, and holiday pay
• Plus $3 per hour for travel work, plus per diem, plus free housing
• Voluntary overtime opportunities

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare all surfaces properly before application — caulking, patching, sanding, priming, and cleaning as required
• Apply commercial painting systems using brush, roller, airless, HVLP, and air-assisted airless spray systems
• Install wallcoverings of all types — random-match, book-match, murals, and feature wallcoverings — with precision
• Execute specialty finishes including plasters, lacquers, varnishes, lime washes, Roman clays, high-gloss finishes
• Apply industrial coating systems including high-performance metal coatings, two-part epoxies, and intumescent coatings
• Follow protection sequencing on every shift — mask, protect, and cover all adjacent surfaces before application
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times
• Operate aerial lifts, swing stages, and telehandlers safely with proper certification
• Identify and communicate finish defects or substrate issues to foreman immediately — same shift
• Follow all OSHA safety protocols; wear required PPE; participate in daily toolbox talks
• Treat every project — hotel, restaurant, or distribution center — with the same level of care

OUR STORY
From a Rehabilitation Program to 40 Employees Strong
Dream Team Finishes took its first real shape inside a rehabilitation program in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Our founder arrived with his love of art intact. They recognized it—and handed him a brush. For a year and a half, he painted the church that housed the program, giving everything he had to those walls.

When he left, he saved up, bought a car, and moonlighted as a painter for three and a half years. In 2018, he officially launched Dream Team Finishes starting with a single exterior job, Today, that same drive has built a company approaching 20 in house employees, and still growing.

We moved from residential homes to tract housing, from high-end custom finishes to hospitality spaces, restaurants, bars, hotels, manufacturing facilities, industrial projects, and capital expenditure work spanning multiple states with a nationwide presence on the horizon.

We've also created our own proprietary paint line Dream Cream created in Tennessee because our passion for paint demanded it. Dream so big it encompasses the whole team. Innovate & elevate. Honor the King. That's the only way we know how to work.
