Radon Mitigation Technician

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Job description:

We are an established, South Dakota-owned business in Rapid City, SD and surrounding

areas looking to hire a Radon Mitigation Technician/Installer to install and maintain Radon

Mitigation Systems. We are looking for a responsible, professional, highly adaptable,

organized, and self-motivated individual to join our team. Some experience is preferred,

but paid training will be provided for the right candidates.

• Core drilling concrete
• Crawlspace encapsulation
• Sump pump/sealing sump pit covers; install wiring and electrical components on radon fans
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, and fixtures
• Apply caulking compounds to seal cracks and crevices
• Cut openings in walls, floors, and ceilings as needed to accommodate pipe and
• pipe fittings
• Connect power cables to equipment
• Responsibilities
• Respectfully interact with clients as needed
• Identify and resolve problems that may occur on the job site in a timely and
• safe manner
• Ability to carry, climb, and work from a ladder
• Keep the customer’s home clean
• Proactively determine materials and equipment needed for the job
