Outside Sales Representative

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – IMMEDIATE HIRE

Phil’s Pressure Washing is seeking an energetic, motivated, and dependable Outside Sales Representative to join our team immediately.

This is a full-time position averaging 45 hours per week and includes a competitive salary plus bonus opportunities based on performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods
• Represent the company professionally and positively at all times
• Communicate leads directly to the owner, who will handle closing sales
• Travel throughout multiple territories within the greater Houston area

Requirements:

• Must be presentable, approachable, and comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Must have reliable personal transportation
• Active EZ-Tag required
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking extensively each day
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary + performance-based bonuses
• Reimbursement for mileage and toll expenses

Important:
This position requires walking approximately 3–5 miles per day, knocking on doors, and actively generating leads. Candidates must be comfortable with outdoor, physically active sales work, as these responsibilities are essential parts of the role.
