Crown Trophy in Ballwin, MO is a small, locally owned business looking for a Production Leader to join our team. This opportunity is designed for the personable, organized, and problem solving individual, one that has existing leadership skill sets or is open to learning a brand new skill set.

Experience in the Trophy and Awards industry is not required, as few have any to begin with. On-site training will be provided to get you comfortable with our products, industry specific production processes, and use of custom software for production tracking, purchase order creation, and inventory tracking.


What To Expect While On The Job

You'll track and manage the orders currently in our production log. Your job is to make sure these jobs are completed on time and to help in various ways to make sure these are completed.


Daily Tasks May Include:

  • Organizing production tasks for production assistants within production tracking software and in person
  • Preparing Purchase Orders and ordering components from vendors for orders
  • Pulling components for orders
  • Keeping detailed and accurate records of orders during their production
  • Operating a heat press, metal shear, table saw, and power-tools
  • Assembly and production of trophies and other awards
  • Communicating with Customers via phone and email regarding status changes of their orders, and in store as necessary

  • Minimum of Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent


This industry has cycles to its workloads; some months the workloads are very light while others are quite frantic. Therefore, you must be flexible and easy to adapt to ever changing workloads. No matter the workload, this position is full-time and you are guaranteed 40 hours a week unless otherwise requested.
