  • DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
    The LDRP team offers labor, delivery and recovery including post partum and newborn care by a highly trained team of nurses and medical staff in a family centered caring and medically safe environment. All sites are trained in GYN surgical care, while AGH practices pediatrics as well.
  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
    Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required upon submission.
    Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.
  • AGH LDRP:

AHA ACLS and NRP required.

STABLE preferred.

We started by supporting a small group of healthcare organizations — hospitals, long‐term care facilities, and national staffing partners — doing the kind of high‐stakes clinical hiring where the cost of a wrong placement is meaningful. We’ve spent the last eighteen months threading modern language models into every seam of the work — sourcing, screening, JD authoring, candidate prep — across both our healthcare and technical pipelines. And we’ve exposed those same tools, unmodified, to candidates and employers on this site. The same engine, the same precision, no waitlist.
