$80,000–$90,000/year | Up to $10K Sign-On Bonus | +$5K/year for Fluent Spanish Speakers

What You’ll Do
- Oversee and implement ABA treatment programs.
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs.
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment based on data.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and clinical best practices.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Active BCBA credential.
- Licensed or license-eligible in Utah within 30–60 days of hire.
- 1–2 years of experience as a BCBA.
Preferred
- Experience in schools, classrooms, or structured group settings.
- Fluent Spanish.
- Interest in clinical leadership and professional development.
Classroom teaching experience is not required.
