Justin Family Medical is a highly respected, independently owned family practice serving North Texas for over 25 years. We are seeking 2 outstanding Physician Associates or Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and want to grow professionally in a busy, collaborative practice.

Our providers enjoy practicing a broad scope of medicine while developing advanced expertise in Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Endocrinology, Diabetes Management, Weight Management, and Primary Care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Manage diabetes, obesity, thyroid disease, hypertension, and other chronic conditions
• Evaluate and manage hormone replacement therapy for appropriate patients
• Educate patients and build long-term relationships based on trust and compassion
• Work closely with an experienced provider and an outstanding clinical team

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Eligible for Texas licensure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented and patient-focused
• Experience in Family Medicine is preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
