Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst

Onsite 3 days

Join an industry-leading, financially stable organization seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional. This position offers the opportunity to work with a well-established company known for its strong market presence, long-term growth, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and financial models to support business decisions.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, CMA, CFM) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related finance role.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience with financial modeling and analytics software.
  • Experience within management consulting or financial services is a plus.
