Equipment Operator

Seeking a full-time, temp-to-hire Equipment Operator in Fort Meade. The role involves operating various equipment for planting and site preparation, performing equipment checks and maintenance, tracking products applied, and following all required safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractors, mowers, forklifts, loaders, and other equipment.
• Plant seed, fertilizer, hay mulch, silt fence, matting, and sod.
• Perform daily equipment checks and maintenance.
• Track products applied as required.
• Follow MSHA, FPP, and company safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Florida Phosphate Card and MSHA Card.
• Basic knowledge of equipment mechanics and inventory management.
• Ability to lift 51–70 lbs. and work in outdoor conditions.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
