Customer Service Representative

Location: Farmingdale, NY

Compensation: Up to $18/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist delivery and installation teams while they are out on the road
· Handle a high volume of inbound calls related to home delivery, service, and installations
· Support showroom teams with scheduling/dating delivery tickets and troubleshooting issues
· Check in delivery drivers upon completion of their routes
· Produce and prepare next-day delivery paperwork
· Match invoices against run sheets to ensure merchandise is properly loaded onto trucks
· Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems
· Communicate professionally with customers, drivers, and internal departments
· Resolve delivery and service-related issues in a timely manner
· Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Prior customer service, dispatch, or office support experience preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage high call volume while staying organized
· Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
· Comfortable working with basic computer systems and data entry
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
· Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
