Shifts Available:
A Shift - Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
B Shift- Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
C Shift- Monday-Friday 5:30pm-2:30am

Snelling is currently seeking reliable Inbound/Outbound Warehouse Associates for a well-established distribution client in Louisville, KY. These positions are responsible for handling the front-end of the warehouse process, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring all materials are properly tracked.

Job Description:
Snelling is currently seeking reliable Inbound/Outbound Warehouse Associates for a well-established distribution client in Louisville, KY. These positions are responsible for handling the front-end of the warehouse process, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring all materials are properly tracked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load/Unload inbound trucks and verify shipments against packing slips
- Scan and label products accurately for inventory control
- Transport materials to designated storage locations (putaway)
- Assist in conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Prior experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Punctual, team-oriented, and positive attitude
- Weekly pay with electronic deposits
- Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage after 45 days
- 401K eligibility (matched after 1 year)
- Opportunity for permanent placement after 90 days based on performance
