Experienced Forklift Driver

Harrisburg, OR | Full-Time
Pay: $19–$20/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
We are currently hiring an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy production and manufacturing environment in Harrisburg, Oregon. We are looking for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
The ideal candidate will have previous forklift experience and be comfortable moving materials, loading and unloading trucks, staging products, and supporting production operations.
What You'll Do:
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks
- Move lumber, materials, and finished products to and from production areas
- Stage materials and products for production and shipping
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Keep materials organized and stored in the proper locations
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report any safety or equipment concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
- Communicate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with other general warehouse and production duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous forklift experience required
- Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, lumber, or industrial environment preferred
- Current forklift certification is a plus
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Willingness to help with general warehouse and production tasks when needed
