Job Description
We are looking for a Property Maintenance Tech to maintain properties in the Chapel Hill area! The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with general building maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
Monday-Friday, 1 HR lunch
$18-$22/HR based on experience
Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout properties
  2. Complete basic plumbing reparis such as minor leaks and faucets
  3. Handle painting, touch-ups, and general cosmetic repairs
  4. Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • Submiting a resume
  • 1-2 years of property maintenance, apartment maintenance, or a related field preferred
  • Basic knowlege of plumbing, painting, and electrical work
  • Able to use hand and power tools
  • Reliable transportation

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator’s certification.
6 mths – 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
