Road Logistics Specialist

Previous Experience Required (Must have resume)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch, pickup, and delivery schedules for ground freight.
• Coordinate with truck drivers, carriers, and shipping customers.
• Track active shipments and resolve transit delays or routing issues.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and safety rules.
• Process shipping documentation like bills of lading and manifests.
• Utilize Transport Management Systems (TMS) and logistics software.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, dispatch, or transport operations.
• Knowledge of ground transport regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics database systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Logistics, Knowledge
• Velocity experienced it is a Plus
• Must be available for Mandatory OT
• Must be Bilingual
