The Motel 6 and Studio 6 dual-branded hotel off Ina Rd. is seeking a full-time associate for a hotel maintenance technician/assistant.
The job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel.
- Complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotel's standard operating procedures.
- Perform maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, and repairing all types of hardware, and electrical equipment including lamps, AC units and more.
- Complete a Daily Maintenance Log.
- Assist in preparation for all inspections.
- Accurately maintain the property PMS Log.
- Basic pool maintenance.
- Assist with renovation of guest rooms, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management.
