Fire Sprinkler Crew

We are hiring Fire Sprinkler Helpers to support commercial construction projects. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the fire protection trade.

This role offers hands-on training and a clear path to grow into a Fire Sprinkler Fitter and eventually lead your own crew.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with installation of fire sprinkler systems on commercial jobsites
• Support foreman and crew with daily tasks
• Load/unload materials and handle tools/equipment (up to 100 lbs)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team

Schedule

• Project hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Crew meet times: 4:00 – 5:30 AM
• Early start, early finish

Requirements

• Steel-toe boots REQUIRED
• Ability to handle physical work (lifting, bending, standing)
• Reliable transportation and ability to arrive early
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
