Belleview Valley Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team, with both day and night shifts available. Our LPNs play a vital role in delivering quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment. Pay is competitive and based on experience. Responsibilities
- Administer medications accurately and timely
- Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Manage wound care and document patient progress
- Maintain infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients and families
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and healthcare team members
- Conduct thorough shift handovers to ensure continuity of care
- Respond promptly to emergencies
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in practical nursing
