Hotel Maintenance Worker

Seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our Resort and Marina. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a broad range of maintenance skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Resort infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Painting.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas.
• Respond promptly to maintenance request.
• Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Maintain pool area.
• Assisting with fleet of docks.

Qualification:

• 5+ years of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
