About the Role:
SUPERIOR is looking for a driven and knowledgeable HVAC Sales Technician to join our growing team in Burleson, TX! In this exciting role, you'll combine your technical HVAC expertise with your sales skills to deliver outstanding solutions and service to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Perform in-home and commercial HVAC system assessments and diagnostics
- Present and sell HVAC equipment, service agreements, and maintenance plans to residential and commercial customers
- Provide accurate estimates and proposals for system replacements, upgrades, and repairs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
- Collaborate with installation and service technicians to ensure seamless project handoffs
- Stay current on HVAC product lines, industry trends, and manufacturer promotions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals
Requirements:
- Hands-on HVAC technical experience or background in HVAC installation/service
- Proven sales experience, preferably in HVAC or a related home services industry
- EPA 608 Certification preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret equipment specifications and system layouts
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
