Carpenter

Magic with Wood is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial carpentry projects and work alongside some of Miami’s top general contractors. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to grow with a company that values quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install custom cabinetry, millwork, trim, doors, and other architectural woodwork.
• Operate woodworking machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform shop fabrication as well as on-site installations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality and precision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry experience.
• Experience with both shop fabrication and field installation.
• Ability to operate woodworking equipment and hand tools safely.
• Experience with custom cabinetry, millwork, and finish carpentry is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and accurately measure and cut materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn and grow.
