Personal Injury Attorney

Hiring a Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney in Miami, FL. This is an established, prestigious, and collaborative plaintiffs' injury law firm looking to add to its litigation and pre-suit team.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a caseload of plaintiffs' side personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Develop litigation strategy and manage case development through trial
• Draft complaints, answers, interrogatories, correspondence, and substantive legal motions
• Take and defend depositions, including witnesses and medical experts
• Argue pre-trial motions, attend hearings, and participate in trials and mediations under partner supervision.
• Handle heavy discovery, legal research, and ongoing medical analysis

Requirements for this role:

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Must have personal injury experience, preferably on the plaintiff side
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is helpful
• Strong legal writing abilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and a high degree of courtroom readiness
• Well-versed in reviewing medical records, handling complex medical bills, and understanding treatment timelines as they relate to case value.
