Location: Northern Twin Cities Metro Area, MN

Compensation: $50.00 to $65.00 per hour + Monthly Spiffs and Bonuses

Employment Type: Full Time

We are currently seeking skilled, licensed Journeyman and Master Plumbers to join our growing service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, water heaters, and drain, waste, and vent piping.
  • Educate homeowners on the health of their plumbing systems and present clear, honest solutions.
  • Communicate professionally with customers to build trust and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Prioritize job site safety, uphold local codes, and mentor apprentice plumbers as needed.


Requirements:

  • Active Minnesota Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
  • Solid working knowledge of the Minnesota State Plumbing Code.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Strong customer service skills and a positive, team oriented attitude.
  • Active Minneapolis and St. Paul Comp Cards are highly preferred.
