Growing manufacturer of engineered material handling and conveyor systems is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate production schedules, resources, and project timelines. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving scheduling challenges and working across departments to keep projects on track.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain production schedules using Microsoft Project
• Develop and manage Gantt charts
• Coordinate timelines for conveyor and material handling projects
• Work with engineering, production, purchasing, project management, and vendors
• Monitor milestones and identify potential delays or scheduling conflicts
• Support production capacity and resource planning
• Coordinate shipment timing to meet customer deadlines
• Communicate schedule updates across departments

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
• 1+ year of relevant experience
• Microsoft Project experience required
• Strong Gantt chart and scheduling skills
• Manufacturing, production planning, or project coordination experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
