Commercial Maintenance Technician

Seeking a hands-on Commercial Maintenance Technician to handle the day-to-day maintenance and repair needs of multiple commercial properties throughout North and Central New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related maintenance issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve building and equipment problems
• Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when needed
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency issues
• Maintain common areas, building systems, and property grounds
• Travel between multiple properties as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior commercial building maintenance experience preferred
• Strong hands-on repair and troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple properties
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
