Step into a meaningful role providing guidance and expertise in a supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity invites two licensed Occupational Therapists to supervise a team of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants within a New Hampshire school district for the 2026-2027 school year. As an on-site OT, you’ll be pivotal in ensuring high-quality OT services and compliance standards, all while fostering growth for both students and professionals.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license recognized by the state of New Hampshire
  • Previous experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants is required
  • Proficiency in delivering occupational therapy within a school-based setting
  • Adept in maintaining thorough documentation and managing administrative responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct supervision of up to two COTAs, providing approximately seven hours of oversight per COTA each month
  • Maintain detailed, accurate supervision records and handle related administrative paperwork
  • Offer guidance and professional support to COTAs on-site within the public schools
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student success and uphold compliant OT practices
  • Participate actively in ensuring continuity and quality of therapeutic services

Additional Details:

  • Contract role for the 2026-2027 school year
  • On-site position with mileage reimbursement for travel per the IRS standard rate
  • Each OT will work up to 20 hours monthly, supporting the flexible needs of the district
  • Competitive compensation: Earn $90 per hour
