Qualifications and Experience:

• Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
• Valid Educator Certification
• Schools-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to best practices and ethical standards in school-based therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students in a school setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, counselors, and families
• Maintain thorough records and progress documentation according to school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to developing educational goals
• Adapt therapy methods to best meet student needs within the classroom environment
