Maintenance Tech

We are seeking a dependable General Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic carpentry work at various job locations. Residential maintenance or carpentry experience is a plus but is not required.

• Perform general maintenance and repairs

• Perform basic carpentry and facility repairs

• Use hand and power tools safely

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Travel to various job locations as needed

• Complete additional duties as assigned

• Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred

• Residential maintenance or carpentry experience is a plus, but not required

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Dependable and willing to learn

• Valid driver's license required

• Must be willing to travel

• Work will take place at various job locations

• Travel is required

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors

• Must be comfortable working in different environments and conditions

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to use hand and power tools

• Ability to perform physical maintenance and repair tasks

• $15/hour with a raise after 30 days and again after 6 months.

• $25 per diem

• Hotel accommodations paid by the company. Breakfast is provided by hotel. You will have your own hotel room. (not shared)
