• Valid and active substitute certificate reflected on DESE
• Previous experience in schools, particularly in behavioral support roles
• Proven reliability and professional presence
• Dependable personal transportation
• Willingness to complete district-specific fingerprinting requirements prior to start

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one support for a student throughout the school day in a nurturing elementary school setting
• Implement strategies tailored to individual student needs, fostering development academically, emotionally, and behaviorally
• Collaborate actively with teachers, counselors, and specialists to promote consistent guidance and stability
