Key Qualifications:

• Valid FL SLP license required
• Credentials accepted: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or experience in school-based SLP roles
• Prior experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapeutic interventions for students with varied needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administration, and support staff to maximize student participation and progress
• Maintain accurate student records and document progress toward goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to develop and update plans
• Offer guidance and support to students and families, ensuring each child’s needs are met
