Speech Language Pathologist in Lockhart, TX
Job Description

Two positions are available for the 2024–2025 academic year, working onsite with a diverse caseload.
What you’ll bring:
- Active SLP license and ASHA CCC certification
- Experience or strong interest in school-based settings
- Ability to work effectively with PK–12 students (placement tailored to your strengths and preferences)
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Dedication to fostering communication skills and positive outcomes for students
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct assessment, intervention, and therapy services for approximately 60 students per SLP
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop IEPs and document student progress
- Serve 1–2 assigned campuses, with focus areas determined by experience and interest (including elementary, middle, high school, or specialized programs)
- Adapt therapy approaches based on student needs and grade levels
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to help ensure students thrive academically and socially
This role is fully onsite, offering the chance to build strong relationships with students and colleagues each week, Monday through Friday, for a total of 37.5 hours.
