Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience providing speech therapy in school settings
• Comfortable working with elementary or high school populations
• Strong understanding of the IEP process and documentation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Supervision or acceptance of Clinical Fellowship Year candidates not permitted

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy sessions tailored to students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
